Members of the PTA are important for the organization to serve children and youth. Members can be anyone throughout the school community whether they have children at your school or not. It is vitally important that businesses support their school systems as these children and youth are our future leaders and workforce. PTA membership privileges include:
- supporting children and youth throughout the nation
- participation in all PTA/PTSA meetings
- eligibility for office in your PTA/PTSA
- ability to vote at local, state, and National PTA meetings
- membership in the state level PTA and Nation PTA
- informed and trained leadership
- member benefits from companies and organizations from National PTA and state leve PTA
- unifying our voice to influence legislation affecting children
- work for the education, health, safety and welfare of all children and youth
It takes all of us working together to support our children and youth. Please make commitment through active participation and membership!
