Special Services

The Special Services committee addresses the needs of diverse learners within  school populations by fostering communication and awareness of special education between the district, school, parents, and children. Exceptional children include the gifted and talented, as well as students with mental, physical, learning disabilities; social and emotional disabilities;  and in some instances,  disadvantaged and deprived students. The committee is organized to assist parents and teachers in the education of all children.  If you have any questions, please contact us at specialservices@kell.ptsamail.com.
